Let’s activate our shared potential for human change!  Join the positive revolution and parade your voice instead of protesting.  AND what better way to celebrate than a zany bicycle parade! When we ride bikes, we connect with the weather, our neighbors, our power, and the joy of moving freedom.  JOIN US! 

GROUP DRUMMING ALONG THE ROUTE!  Play our drums or bring your own!

10-11 am Bike Decorating, Neighbors and High Flying BMX Show  
Deck out your bikes, tune up the tires and get ready for our rolling celebration with local music and some rad moves at the skate park. 

11-12:30 pm  The Human Powered Parade!  Join in with one of our many groups.  Local Prizes awarded to the bike or message in each group that brings us the biggest style!  
We will stop at intersections along the way for group drumming with Saragail Benjamin, community dance parties, interactive art and all things zany!

2018 Groups are:  New bikers ( learned to ride two wheels in 2017/2018),  Long boards, skateboards, unicycles, 
bikes that Haul, adaptive bikes,  art bikes and floats,  Bikes with Voice ( what is your message of positivity and change?)

12:30 – 2 Human Powered Party! 
Vendors will be selling local food, bike- powered goodies and gadgets and goodies to increase your non-petroleum mobility and fun!  Advocates will be at hand to spread the word about public transit, bicycling/ walking infrastructure, safety and fitness.  Local band performances encourage festivity.
